COVID-19 Vaccination Programme
The PCN offer COVID Vaccinations at the Coventry & North Warwickshire Sports Club (CV3 1HB) during the annual Autumn and Spring Booster campaigns.
Please await your invite SMS or book your appointment via the National Booking Service link below.
Please note that this service is not open all year round. The Coventry and North Warwickshire Sports club are unable to access appointment systems. Please contact NHS 119 for information and advice about the COVID Vaccination.
Booking
We are now using the National Booking Service - book your appointment via the button below. This means you should not contact your surgery to book a COVID vaccination.
Before you attend
We advise only booking an appointment slot if you have made your decision to have the vaccination.
The British Society for Immunology have published "A guide to vaccinations for COVID-19" which can be viewed via the button below.
After your injection
Treat any vaccine side effects with paracetamol if needed but seek medical attention if you are concerned
We would recommend watching the video below on the topic of what to do after your vaccination.
