It's OK to ask for help

You may feel embarrassed or ashamed to admit that you're not coping.

There is a lot of stigma associated with asking for help. This is a viewpoint that should be challenged, not followed.

Looking after our mental health should be the same as looking after our physical health. If you are struggling - there are services out there for you, even if you don't feel ready to speak to a doctor or nurse about it.
